Neil McPhie is a secondee from the ANZ and since April 2006 has been employed by Indigenous Enterprise Partnerships in Shepparton. In this role he supports corporations that work alongside the local aboriginal organisations and leaders helping them to achieve their objectives.

Prior to the appointment to IEP, Neil was Head of Training and Recruitment in the ANZ's Retail Banking Division and prior to that was responsible for all of the Bank's retail branches in Melbourne City.

Before joining ANZ Neil spent 14 years with Macquarie Bank, 5 years with The Over 50s Friendly Society and 11 years with Westpac.
