Mark is an experienced program director in the financial services industry with an excellent track record of delivery.

He is respected for consistently determining strategy, setting a clear direction for initiatives and then leading them to success. He brings strong leadership and a focus on people development, team building, influencing and relationship management. Mark has successfully led numerous large programs of change in Westpac since 1995. Prior to this he worked for Financial Services and IT providers in Sydney, London and Edinburgh.

He has been involved in the Cape York reform agenda since 2001. He joined Indigenous Enterprise Partnerships in mid 2007 with a view to making a meaningful contribution to society and it's most disadvantaged members.
