Lyn joined Indigenous Enterprise Partnerships in April 2007. She has 15 years' experience of managing change in the financial services industry in London & Sydney. She has successfully implemented a wide variety of major programs to deliver significant, positive change in large organisations.

More recently, she has applied these skills in the not-for-profit sector, firstly as the Chief Operations Officer for Balkanu, a small indigenous organisation and now leading IEP. Prior to joining IEP, she spent 12 years as Program Director with Westpac Banking Corporation where she was involved with the Cape York Partnership program from its early days.
