Balkanu Cape York Development Corporation is owned by the indigenous people of Cape York, through the Cape York Charitable Trust. Balkanu is the regional indigenous organisation responsible for economic development and land management in Cape York. It ensures that all programs and resources are in line with indigenous aspirations for the development of Cape York.  
Westpac Banking Corporation has committed to a three-year program through IEP, providing 50 secondees each year for one-month secondments. Westpac also provides program management for the secondment program (one full-time staff member) and additional ad hoc support on specific issues. Westpac’s involvement covers many different areas of the bank, and all levels from senior executives through to front-line staff.  
The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has also committed to a three-year involvement with Indigenous Enterprise Partnerships and Balkanu. BCG is a leading strategic consulting firm, and usually works with the largest Australian companies on critical issues of corporate strategy. BCG provides a number of staff to Balkanu for specific projects or on a longer-term secondment basis (6-12 months).  
Cape York Partnerships is a Queensland government program based on community consultation and a concept of developing and merging government service providers into the one interface, at a community level.
 
The Body Shop has been involved in the foundation and development of IEP Body Shop providing corporate intellectual and expert thinking, networking and debate as well as financial support. It continues with expert advice, training and expertise and has directly mentored a number of small businesses.  
The Myer Foundation has been a significant contributor to the priority and direction of IEP with its wealth of knowledge of effective social change and economic programs as well as its networks and influence in the philanthropic sector.
The IEP Partners Network has been developed by Indigenous Enterprise Partnerships. This network includes individuals who own or manage small and medium businesses, retired business people, individual donors, philanthropists, and specialist experts. This group have mentored Business aspirants; further developed IEP expert networks and is starting to engage in specific projects.
